Have the Great Abundance Mindset
Going from having hardly anything to having a lot can happen for you. This can happen when you change the way that you think, and you see the world from a different point of view. Instead of comparing yourself to others, try to have the great abundance mindset.
Even someone that has nothing can have the mindset of happiness because they can embrace the good things that they have such as good health, having a family and living a good life, regardless of being rich.
A rich person can feel that they have nothing, and they can be sick and alone. Having a great abundance mindset means that you want more than just financial freedom but that you want to have things that matter and are important in your life.
Sometimes people think that having everything means that you have a lot of money when really what you want is:
- Joy.
- Love.
- Peace.
- To feel safe.
- To feel content.
- To have a purpose.
- Connections with others.
- To be accepted.
To change your mindset from negative to positive, you have to focus on the things that you really want. As you embrace these emotions and you work through things in your life, you will stop looking at what money you have, and you will focus more on the other important things.
Speaking Abundance
You can speak words and the words that you say are like casting a magic spell. Therefore, it is important that you watch what you say, and you get yourself out of the habit of just speaking negatively and making negative decisions.
The universe doesn’t want you to be in situations that are hard for you, and it doesn’t want to hear you say things like, “I’m not going to do that because I don’t want to get hurt.” Focus instead on things that you do want and speak these things.
You have to rewire your brain by practicing speaking positively. Negative talk becomes a habit and since you program your brain to do this, you can program your brain to be positive and more productive.
Be Thankful
One of the best things that you can do to change your mindset is to be thankful for what you do have. Be aware of the good things that are around you and let the universe see that you are thankful, and you are working towards good things.
Look at everything in your life and note things that you might not have shown your thankfulness for and then thank the universe for what you have. Be present to the things in your life that are yours and that you already have. Here are some things you can be thankful for:
- That you woke up this morning.
- That you are able to have air and to breath.
- You are able to have senses that let you enjoy food and nature.
- You have your health.
- Shelter.
- Safety.
- Clean water.
- Clothes to wear.
- Food to eat.
- Internet to work on.
Say thank you as many times as you can in a day. Instead of always saying “sorry,” change your mindset to say, “thank you.” Tell everything around you “thank you.” Talk to the plants, the stars, y our food, your car and your family and be grateful for what you have in front of you.
Even when things seem hard like being delayed or not having all that you want, be thankful that a delay can mean that you’re held up to stay out of an accident or that you might have a special encounter.
Become someone that says thank you more than saying anything negative and you will attract abundance to yourself.
Get Positive
Change your vibrations from low to high by being positive. Change the way that you talk and the way that you look at things. You can guide your emotions to embrace peace and happiness. Sometimes a bad mood can come but if you see that you are always in a bad mood then you need to change the neurons in your brain to be more positive.
As you realize that you are raising your vibrations by noticing the good things around you, you can keep doing this. Say something positive about what you see around you and talk about how nice it is. Notice how nature gives you colors and fun things to look at and speak about them.
Be thankful for the things around you and voice the positive things that happen to you each and every day. Say something like, “This is a very beautiful house. It has trees outside that make it easier to breathe. It feels great to have these things that help me to be healthier. Thank you, lungs, that you allow me to breathe and to be healthy.”
Having a great abundance mindset is about changing your thinking and making a decision that you’re going to control the way that you talk.
Don’t Deny It
Not having enough can also be part of denying yourself from having something that you want. Invest in yourself in things that make you feel good. If you want to get your nails done, do it. If you want a new outfit, buy one.
You can spend time and money on things that you need but as you see the value in yourself, take some money and time to take care -care and to make yourself feel good. Don’t deny yourself when there is a special occasion that you want to celebrate. You have a reason to celebrate just being alive and when something great is before you, do it! Ask yourself these things:
- What are you denying yourself of?
- What are you saving for?
- What are you not giving yourself?
- What are you conserving?
- What do you have that you’re hoarding, and you don’t need?
Be Giving
Another way to have abundance is to give things away. People need things and you probably have things in your home that you don’t even use. These nice things could be a treasure to someone else. The resources that you are given should never be taken in greed or fear, but you should take what you have too much of and share it with others.
Some people refuse to be giving and to be generous to those that are less fortunate, and this will never draw abundance. Allow the abundance mindset to change your energy and help you to be more compassionate and more caring of others. As you stop being selfish and you learn to give and to help others, you will see that your kindness will take you far.
Go out and do what you can to help others and when situations come that give you an opportunity to do this, ask yourself these things:
- How can I give to others more?
- How can I give back to the universe?
- What services can I provide for others?
- What small thing can really change the life of someone?
It would be interesting to see empirical studies supporting the claims made about mindset and abundance. Personal anecdotes are valuable, but data can offer more robust insights.
“Ultimately, this article serves as a reminder that our perceptions shape our reality—an essential principle worth exploring further.”
“Being thankful for simple things appears to cultivate a deeper appreciation for life itself, which could lead to more meaningful connections with others.”
While the idea of speaking positively is appealing, I wonder how effective it can be in the face of real-life challenges. Does this approach truly create tangible change?
I appreciate the article’s focus on gratitude. Acknowledging what we have can profoundly shift our perspective and emotional well-being.
The concept of an abundance mindset is indeed intriguing. It seems to emphasize a holistic view of wealth that transcends mere financial status.
The juxtaposition of material wealth and emotional fulfillment is compelling. It raises questions about societal values and what constitutes true richness in life.
…Furthermore, the assertion that giving leads to abundance opens up discussions about altruism and its psychological benefits.
“Indeed, it suggests a reciprocal relationship between generosity and personal fulfillment.”
“It’s a fascinating intersection of psychology and philosophy, emphasizing that selflessness can enrich both giver and receiver.”
